Welcome to BLOXFASHION ("the Service"), a website designed to allow users to create, share, and rate virtual outfits using Roblox assets. 2. Accounts and Registration

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. We use Roblox's OAuth service for authentication. By signing up, you authorize us to access certain information from your Roblox account as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of the outfits and content you create and submit ("User Content"). This allows us to display your created fits to other users, feature them on the website, and generate thumbnails.

5. Relationship with Roblox

BLOXFASHION is a third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Your use of Roblox assets and services is subject to Roblox's own Terms of Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall BLOXFASHION be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
